We can deal with cases which start at the Police Station and work with you through either the Youth Court or the Magistrates' Court to the Crown Court and on to the Court of Appeal if required.
Chaudhury Solicitors give free advice and representation to all people who are arrested at the Police Station. We have operators working 24 hours a day 7 days a week every day of the year. If you are arrested and are at the Police Station and you ask for Chaudhury Solicitors the Police will contact ourselves and one of our representatives will speak to you at the Police Station.
If the Police wish to speak to you and you have not been arrested if you contact our firm we will make arrangements with the Police for you to attend and be interviewed. All these services are FREE unless we advise you otherwise.
